Going on Vacation or just need some time off? ​

Don't head right the canceling your membership when you can just pause it. Once you're ready to return just send us another message and we will reactivate your account. Account will automatically be paused for one month. For longer duration please call our center for further assistance.

Please note: Autopay memberships must be canceled 2 weeks prior to your next billing date. All sales are final. Please be advised that if you choose to cancel your membership, you will lose any grandfathered pricing benefits. Future re-enrollment will be subject to the current pricing terms at the time of re-registration.
