​Join Raquel Light and Carlyn Burczyk for this transformative and comprehensive program. You will learn to teach a basic level energy yoga class, meditation techniques, Qi Gong practices, energy tools for personal and professional use, a variety of breathing techniques, and the foundational principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine Philosophy. This course represents the first layer of an expansive 7-part series designed to progressively deepen your understanding of energy work and teaching yoga. Whether your goal is to become a certified yoga instructor or you are simply seeking personal growth and wellbeing, this program offers something valuable for everyone. No matter your experience level, all are welcome, and prior teacher training is not required. This journey is crafted to develop your skills as both an energy worker and a yoga teacher, setting a strong foundation for further exploration and mastery.

Earth Level 1 is the start of our 7 layered program for our trainings. Anyone going for the other levels needs to have taken this foundational course. The Energy Method incorporates elements of Chinese Medicine and Hatha Yoga along with a variety of techniques acquired by the founder. The blending of the two methods was developed by Raquel Vamos aka Leela Light. Not only will you learn to skillfully teach a class from beginning to end but you will also start your development with your energetic journey! The idea is to create Yogi Healers by the end of these trainings.
