Foot Bath
DETOX Foot Bath Detox Therapy is a popular alternative wellness treatment that involves soaking the feet in warm, ionized water to promote the removal of toxins from the body. The process is believed to stimulate the body's natural detoxification pathways by utilizing negatively charged ions in the water, which are thought to bind to and help draw out positively charged toxins. Proponents claim that this therapy can improve overall health by reducing inflammation, boosting circulation, enhancing energy levels, and even alleviating stress. While scientific evidence on the effectiveness of foot bath detox therapy is limited, many users report feeling relaxed and rejuvenated after the treatment. The color changes in the water during the session are often interpreted as visible signs of detoxification, though these effects may also be linked to other factors like oxidation or impurities in the water itself. For those interested in a gentle and relaxing wellness practice, foot bath detox therapy is often marketed as a holistic option to support well-being and balance in the body. add ons

Infrared PEMF
Therapy Infrared PEMF Therapy is a cutting-edge wellness treatment that utilizes far-infrared heat technology to promote healing and relaxation. The therapy involves lying on a bio mat embedded with infrared heating elements, which emit far-infrared rays that penetrate deeply into the body. This process helps increase circulation, reduce inflammation, and relieve pain by relaxing muscles and tissues at a cellular level. The mats often incorporate materials like amethyst crystals, which are believed to enhance the therapeutic effects by emitting negative ions, further boosting the body’s natural healing processes. Infrared bio mat therapy is commonly used for pain management, detoxification, stress relief, and improved sleep quality. This non-invasive treatment can be a powerful complement to conventional therapies, providing holistic benefits through the soothing warmth of infrared heat. Many people find it beneficial for both physical ailments and mental wellness, making it a versatile therapy for overall health. Add ons

Carmen Torbus
Gentle/Yin Yoga Teacher Internal Family Systems Therapy Read More
BIO: Carmen is an Internal Family Systems Therapy practitioner, life coach and trauma-informed yoga teacher with a passion for interweaving possibility and potential into her teachings. Her spirit of possibility exudes through her voice and energy. Carmen found yoga in 2016 and fell in love with the inner strength her yoga practice gave her. In her words, "I fell in love with the relationship I developed with my yoga mat… it has zero judgment and accepts me just as I am, every single time I roll it out. I fell in love with learning challenging poses and I fell in love with the inner knowing that my practice most days is less about the challenging pose and more about honoring my body, connecting to my breath and facing the challenges in my mind. I fell in love with savasana (that end of practice awesomeness where you lay on your back and melt into pure bliss) and integrating yogic principles in my life on and off the mat." Yoga has empowered her in the most unexpected ways and she knew she wanted to share that with others. In 2019, she completed 200 hour yoga teacher training and began teaching in January 2020. She also holds certifications in meditation, reiki level I & II, somatic embodiment and regulation strategies, trauma informed yoga, Brilliance Coaching, Internal Family Systems Level I and she is a published artist and author. Sharing her love for the practice and the ripple effect of transformational healing it has created fills her spirit. She is truly honored to share in and guide your practice. |
