What does the body need in order to change naturally?

These are the types of meals we’ll be offering with the launch of Vitality Kitchen by Centered Wellness: a new way to access simple, nourishing, pre-made meals that support real life, not perfection.

Why Regulation MattersYour nervous system is the master regulator of how your body responds to stress, food, toxins, emotions, and even lifestyle change.

The Two Primary Nervous System LayersCentral Nervous System (CNS)
Comprised of the brain and spinal cord, the CNS governs:
  • Thinking and reasoning
  • Decision-making
  • Conscious movement and awareness
  • Interpreting internal and external stimuli
Autonomic Nervous System (ANS)
The ANS executes decisions automatically, regulating:
  • Heart rate
  • Digestion

The Autonomic Nervous System in Action
The ANS has two main branches, both necessary for health:
