Hatha Yoga |
Alignment • Breath • Foundation
Hatha Yoga focuses on the fundamentals—steady postures, conscious breathing, and mindful alignment. This class builds strength, stability, and body awareness through a balanced combination of movement and stillness. Each pose is explored at a slower pace, allowing time to refine form and connect with your breath. Hatha is ideal for all levels, especially those looking to deepen their understanding of yoga’s core principles while improving posture, flexibility, and mental focus. Expect to leave feeling centered, calm, and grounded in your body. |
vinyasa Yoga |
Flow • Strength • Grace
Vinyasa Yoga is an energizing, breath-synchronized flow that connects movement and mindfulness. Sequences are thoughtfully crafted to build heat, enhance strength and flexibility, and encourage presence in every transition. Each class offers a creative and varied sequence, making it an engaging and energizing experience, cultivating inner rhythm and vitality. Perfect for those who enjoy a more active and fast-paced practice, Vinyasa Yoga helps to build a strong mind-body connection, enhance cardiovascular health, and cultivate a sense of fluidity and grace both on and off the mat. |
Yin Yoga |
Deep Stillness • Lasting Release • Inner Balance
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice designed to nourish your body’s connective tissues fascia, ligaments, and joints, while cultivating inner calm. In this class, postures are held for several minutes at a time, allowing the body to gently open and the mind to settle into stillness. This restorative style complements more active forms of yoga and is ideal for anyone seeking to improve flexibility, enhance circulation, and release stored tension from the hips, spine, and shoulders. As you surrender into each pose, guided breath and mindfulness techniques help balance the nervous system, restore energy flow, and bring harmony to body and mind. Perfect for all levels, if you’re looking to unwind after a long week, deepen your meditation practice, or simply slow down and reconnect with yourself. |
Gentle Yoga |
Gentle Yoga is a soothing and nurturing practice designed to promote relaxation, flexibility, and overall well-being. This style of yoga is perfect for those new to yoga, individuals with physical limitations, or anyone seeking a slower-paced and more accessible approach to their practice. Gentle Yoga classes focus on basic poses, mindful breathing, and gentle stretches, allowing you to move with ease and comfort. With an emphasis on mindfulness and stress reduction, Gentle Yoga provides a supportive environment to listen to your body, release tension, and cultivate a deep sense of calm and inner peace.

Restorative Yoga |
Restorative Yoga is a deeply relaxing and meditative practice designed to restore and rejuvenate both the body and mind. Utilizing props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, this gentle form of yoga supports the body in restful postures, allowing for extended holds that encourage complete relaxation and release of tension. Ideal for anyone looking to unwind, reduce stress, or recover from physical or emotional strain, Restorative Yoga promotes healing and balance. By focusing on stillness and breath, this practice helps activate the body's parasympathetic nervous system, fostering a state of deep relaxation and inner tranquility.

hot & warm Yoga |
Hot and Warm Yoga are invigorating practices performed in heated environments, designed to enhance flexibility, detoxify the body, and build strength. In Hot Yoga, the room is typically heated to around 85-105°F, creating an intense and challenging practice that promotes deep stretching and increased perspiration, which helps to flush out toxins. Warm Yoga, with temperatures set slightly lower around 75-80°F, offer a more accessible yet still dynamic experience, making it suitable for those who prefer a less intense heat.
Both Hot and Warm Yoga classes incorporate a series of poses that flow seamlessly, synchronizing breath with movement. These practices are ideal for those looking to push their limits, improve cardiovascular health, and achieve a heightened sense of mental clarity and focus. |
WHEEL YOGA |
We are the ONLY studio on the treasure coast offering Wheel Yoga with our instructor, Carlyn, who is certified to instruct classes using this amazing prop. This innovative and invigorating practice incorporates the use of a yoga wheel to enhance and deepen your yoga experience. The yoga wheel is a versatile prop designed to assist with stretching, balancing, and strengthening exercises. This practice is ideal for anyone looking to improve their flexibility, build core strength, and explore new dimensions of their yoga practice.
In Yoga Wheel Yoga classes, you'll use the wheel to support various poses, helping to open up the chest, shoulders, hips, and back. It can be particularly beneficial for improving spinal flexibility and alignment. The wheel also provides an added challenge to traditional yoga postures, encouraging greater stability and balance. |
