Studio Owner Hatha/Vinyasa Teacher Yoga Wheel Instructor Usui Reiki Level Master Sound Healer Read More
BIO: Sparked by a fascination with adventure and "self-discovery", I eventually was led to find yoga. This is where I discovered a love for movement and healing. When living in NY, I built this love for yoga into a business and expanded my yoga studio to three locations even amongst a global shutdown during the pandemic. I moved to Florida in 2022 with a focus on business consulting and design for holistic companies, individualized and group classes, and vibrational sound therapy. I continue to share passions for healing and personal growth through my unique blend of movement and marketing. With a deep-rooted passion for health and wellness, I am committed to using the skills I have to enrich our community, fostering spaces for creativity and growth where individuals can connect, heal, and thrive together.👏 |
Sarah DiMatteo
Studio Owner Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher Mat Pilates Teacher Board Certified Health Coach Usui Reiki Level II Read More
BIO:
Sarah discovered yoga in her living room using a streaming service. Having spent a lifetime struggling with weight, health, and body image issues, she never had the courage to step foot in a studio. Through her meditation and personal practice, a love for the deep inner connection yoga offers was immediately born. While studying to become a Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, she realized clients who shared her fear of joining group classes could benefit from knowing about the beautiful healing a yoga practice can bring. This brought her to Kula Yoga Shala in Jupiter, where she completed 200 hr yoga teacher training. She went on to discover the powerful benefits of Reiki, becoming certified as a Level I & II practitioner. Later, she trained to teach Beginner and Intermediate Core Mat Power Pilates. She’s currently pursuing advanced Mat Pilates Teacher Training and completing 500 hr Yoga Teacher Training. It was a long held dream to work in the world of Healing Arts so when the opportunity came to step into the big shoes of the owner of Nova Luna, it felt like the Universe sending a strong message. After 25 years in corporate business leadership, she is now fully dedicated to supporting and growing the amazing community at Nova Luna and looking forward to learning from the talented team here. When she is not working, she can be found enjoying the antics of five sons, a husband, two dogs, and a cat she adores or volunteering as a founding board member of Maddie’s Fight Foundation, a family run non-profit that helps children battling cancer. |

I love this place and the people are very kind and friendly. If you are not sure if Yoga is for you, they have many different types of yoga classes to choose from and some really nice introduction rate and even a Groupon. I would definitely recommend checking them out and they have classes every day at very convenient times.
